Hat Tricorn Felt Blue wiith feather Edge
Blue stiff Felt, Gold Braid sewn on the rim- White Feather edged on the rim - 3 Velco tabs suppied attached.. The hat is supplied Flat sided, Velco is attached to the Bowl and the rim. Take the Hat and gently steam, fold the edges to a Tricorn shape. Wait for it to cool before pushing the Velcro together( the steam will soften the Glue that holds the Velcro) I know this is a lot to do but the result is great
