New Item - A Lip Tattoo with 16 Nail Foils, What does this mean, You take the Lips and cut to shape of lips that it is planned for, use water to soften to remove from the card and place on the Lips, pat gently. Then take the sheet of Nails, find the correct size nail, peal off and place on a clean unpainted nail, smooth on and trim to size, should last for a couple of days. Much better effect than plain old Nail Varnish, and a lot cheaper than having patterns painted on.
